Important Announcement: Price Structure Update

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of Hokkori Ocha Tabi-ya. To provide you with an even better service, we're introducing a new pricing structure. While the core services you enjoy will remain the same, there will be some changes to certain fees. We appreciate your kind understanding.

Details of the changes are as follows:

Anshin Hokkori Tabi no Kai

  • We're introducing a variable pricing system. Please refer to the "Anshin Hokkori Tabi no Kai" details for more information.

  • For Tokyo metropolitan area "Anshin Hokkori Tabi no Kai" events: If the total number of participants is 1 or 2, a ¥2,000 travel fee per additional region will apply, in addition to the variable rate.

  • For areas outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, additional transportation costs will apply for travel fees.

  • When we participate in regional events, the same system as the Tokyo metropolitan area will apply. We hope you'll take advantage of this!

  • No travel fees will be charged during event appearances.

Denchakai (Train Tea Gatherings)

  • The "Denchakai" operates under a separate system. Please refer to the "Denchakai" details for specific information.

Dendo Yuru Chakai / Kampo Yuru Chakyoku

  • Prices are fixed for these services.

  • For participants in the Tokyo metropolitan area:

    • For 1 to 3 participants, a ¥3,000 travel fee per location will be added to the basic fee. (This fee is waived for events and regularly scheduled gatherings.)

    • For areas outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, travel fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

    • When we participate in regional events, the same system as the Tokyo metropolitan area will apply. Please make use of this!

  • No travel fees will be charged during event appearances.

Introduction

This year, we're once again hosting a variety of exciting events every month! Please refer to the annual plan below for an overview. For details on our regular Anshin Hokkori Travel Group and Casual Tea Gatherings, please see below the annual plan.

Please note that events may be added or changed, so always check our website for the latest information. This year, we plan to enhance our Train Tea Gatherings, Casual Tea Therapy Quests, Meditation Sessions, and "Gather if You Can" Casual Tea Travel Group experiences!

2025 Annual Plan

January & February

  • January 5th onwards: Casual Tea Gatherings primarily in the Kanto region.

  • Anshin Hokkori Travel Group: ¥7,500 campaign!

  • January 10th - 14th: Healing Market (Namba Shrine).

  • February 1st & 2nd: Kyoto Temple Event.

  • February 15th: Sendai Event.

  • February 16th: Asakusa Healing Festival.

March

  • March 2nd: Ishigaki Island Event, Okinawa Casual Tea Gathering.

  • Premium Casual Tea Gathering: Takachiho, Kyushu Event (March 6th - 8th).

  • Increased focus on: Kansai, Tohoku Casual Tea Gatherings & Train Tea Gatherings.

  • Exhibit at Himeji Mineral Marche.

April & Early May

  • Focus on: Tea Picking & Taiwan Premium Gatherings (planned).

  • Food & Travel Casual Tea Bureau: Mint-themed sessions begin.

  • Exhibit at Hakata & Sendai events (planned).

Late May & June

  • Food & Travel Casual Tea Bureau: Milk and Soy Milk themes.

  • Taiwan Premium (planned).

  • Akita Fluffy Marche.

July & August

  • "Gather if You Can" Casual Tea Gatherings & Anshin Hokkori Travel Group.

  • Enhanced campaign for: Casual Tea Therapy Quest, Train Tea Gatherings.

  • Food & Travel Casual Tea Bureau: Earl Grey, Potato, Genmai (Brown Rice).

  • Akita & Shimane Train Tea Gatherings & Casual Tea Gatherings (planned).

  • Enhanced campaign for: Regional Casual Tea Gatherings.

  • Large Meditation Session.
